Hello! My name is Mary Pat Wallace and I am one of the newest team members at Briggs Family Dentistry. Two years ago, I made the trek from Colorado to Arizona and have not looked back. I love it here and to be part of such an accomplished, passionate "family", I truly feel blessed! A little about my background, I received my B.A. in Speech Comm/Theatre in 1991 and after deciding to start a family, went back to school for Dental Hygiene. With over 14 years of experience, I can still say, "I love it!"

Originally from Maryland, I started my education by completing my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology while competing on the Women’s Varsity Swim Team from Towson University. Only knowing that I wanted to be in the health professions I started in dentistry as a dental assistant. From the first day, I fell in love with dentistry and I set my sights on achieving my second Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.

Another Northeastern-trained dental hygienist, Mary Ann Kurrasch is originally from Long Island, New York. Her education started with the State University of New York Stony Brook campus before moving to Arizona and completing education at Northern Arizona University. A 1983 Magna Cum Laude graduate, Ms. Kurrasch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene.

A practicing dental hygienist for 35 years, Cindy Holland joined Dr. Briggs in 1996 after spending 20 years in the Northeast. An Arizona-native, Ms. Holland graduated from Hudson Valley Community College and then Albany State University in 1974. Passionate about her patients and the Briggs Family team, Cindy enjoys her work, “I am so blessed to work with a fabulous team; they’ve become my best friends.”

A 2007 graduate from Mesa Community College’s dental hygiene program at the Arizona School of Dental Health, Serina is pleased to have realized her goal becoming a part of the team at Briggs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. The family tradition continues with Serina, the daughter of Dr. Roger Briggs, who has seen thousands of patients come through Briggs Family practice over the years.
