Introduced to dentistry by her brother Tom, a dentist in Southern California, she started her dental career as a dental assistant in 1978. Growing to love working with and caring for people and their dental needs, she has expanded her knowledge and worked with the Doctors Briggs and this most wonderful team since 2003. Mary Ann continues to be inspired and awed by the doctors and team each and every day, “I am most grateful to Dr. Roger and Dr. Brad for encouraging me to further my education by becoming certified to use diode lasers in the treatment of periodontal disease.” Mary Ann feels blessed to be in surroundings that motivate her to be the best practitioner you can experience. She lives in Central Phoenix with husband Jeff and furry critters. Reading mystery novels, baking, doing weight training exercises, and Zumba are among her activities for relaxation.

Another Northeastern-trained dental hygienist, Mary Ann Kurrasch is originally from Long Island, New York. Her education started with the State University of New York Stony Brook campus before moving to Arizona and completing education at Northern Arizona University. A 1983 Magna Cum Laude graduate, Ms. Kurrasch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene.
